Job Description:

Asian Thermal is urgently seeking a Deputy Manager – Operations with extensive experience in insulation and cladding. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the daily operations, overseeing projects, and ensuring quality and efficiency.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage daily insulation and cladding operations.

• Plan, coordinate, and monitor all project activities.

• Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.

• Lead a team of engineers, supervisors, and site workers.

• Maintain relationships with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors.

• Implement best practices to improve operational efficiency.

• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.

• Prepare reports on project progress and performance.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Minimum 10 years of experience in the insulation industry, with at least 5 years in Qatar.

• Strong leadership and project management skills.

• In-depth knowledge of insulation and cladding techniques.

• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.

• Proficiency in English; Arabic is a plus.

• Valid Qatar driving license required.

• Transferable visa with valid Qatar residence permit is mandatory.
