About Us: Al Habari Group is a well-established business group in Qatar, known for our commitment to excellence in hospitality and service. We are currently seeking an experienced and dynamic Hotel Manager to lead our team and ensure the smooth operation of our star-category hotel.

Job Description: As the Hotel Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of hotel operations. This includes guest relations, housekeeping, maintenance, food and beverage services, finance, budgeting, and business development. Your primary goal will be to deliver exceptional guest experiences while ensuring operational efficiency and profitability. You will also be tasked with fostering a culture of engagement and development among the hotel staff.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee daily operations of the hotel, ensuring all departments function efficiently and effectively.
  • Ensure the highest standards of guest service and satisfaction are maintained.
  • Develop and implement strategies for business growth and profitability.
  • Monitor financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
  • Lead and mentor a diverse team, promoting a culture of teamwork, engagement, and professional development.
  • Ensure compliance with all local regulations, health and safety standards, and company policies.
  • Drive continuous improvement in all aspects of hotel operations.
  • Maintain strong relationships with guests, suppliers, and other stakeholders.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality or a related field.
  • A minimum of 7-10 years of experience in managing star-category hotels.
  • Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Arabic is highly desirable.
  • Valid Qatar driving license is a must.
  • Extensive knowledge and experience in hotel operations, including guest relations, housekeeping, maintenance, food and beverage services, finance, and business development.
  • Strong leadership skills with a proven ability to inspire and manage teams.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
