Job Description:
Responsible for high-rise facade cleaning using rope access techniques.
Responsibilities:
- Perform external glass cleaning at heights.
- Follow safety procedures and IRATA guidelines.
- Report maintenance issues to management.
Qualifications & Skills:
- IRATA L1/L2/L3 certification is mandatory.
- Experience in rope access facade cleaning.
Additional Information:
- All technicians should have ITI/Trade certificates.
- Supervisors must have Diploma/Degree in related fields.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in the relevant role.
- Experience in Facility Management & Services is preferred.
- Candidates should be available for immediate hiring or short notice.
