Job Description:
Carry out civil maintenance and repair work in commercial and residential buildings.
Responsibilities:
- Execute masonry, tiling, and concrete repairs.
- Follow safety protocols during work.
- Assist engineers in project execution.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Diploma or certification in Civil Engineering.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in construction/maintenance.
Additional Information:
- All technicians should have ITI/Trade certificates.
- Supervisors must have Diploma/Degree in related fields.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in the relevant role.
- Experience in Facility Management & Services is preferred.
- Candidates should be available for immediate hiring or short notice.
