Job Description:
Manage Computer-Aided Facility Management (CAFM) systems to track maintenance requests and workflow processes.
Responsibilities:
- Log service requests into the CAFM system.
- Coordinate with technicians and teams for task completion.
- Monitor and update maintenance schedules.
Qualifications & Skills:
- IT knowledge with experience in CAFM software.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Experience in facility management is a plus.
Additional Information:
- All technicians should have ITI/Trade certificates.
- Supervisors must have Diploma/Degree in related fields.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in the relevant role.
- Experience in Facility Management & Services is preferred.
- Candidates should be available for immediate hiring or short notice.
