Job Description:
Handle customer inquiries and complaints, provide support, and process service requests through inbound and outbound calls.
Responsibilities:
- Answer calls professionally and provide information.
- Resolve customer complaints and escalate issues when necessary.
- Maintain records of customer interactions.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Fluent in Arabic & English.
- Minimum 1-year experience in a call center role.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Additional Information:
- All technicians should have ITI/Trade certificates.
- Supervisors must have Diploma/Degree in related fields.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in the relevant role.
- Experience in Facility Management & Services is preferred.
- Candidates should be available for immediate hiring or short notice.
