Job Description:

We are urgently seeking skilled BIM Modelers specializing in MEP, Electrical, and ICA (Instrumentation, Control & Automation). The candidate will be responsible for creating and managing digital models for construction projects, ensuring accurate coordination with various disciplines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop 3D BIM models for MEP, Electrical, and ICA systems.
• Ensure coordination with architectural, structural, and civil teams.
• Perform clash detection and resolve conflicts using BIM tools.
• Update and maintain BIM documentation and drawings.
• Collaborate with engineers and project teams to ensure compliance with industry standards.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a BIM Modeler in MEP, Electrical, or ICA.
• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• Proficiency in Revit MEP, AutoCAD, Navisworks, and BIM 360.
• Experience working on Ashghal/QatarEnergy projects is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and within a team.
