Job Description:
We are looking for a Stress Analysis Engineer with expertise in FRP and Metallic piping systems using Caesar II. The candidate will be responsible for conducting stress, flexibility, and equipment analysis in compliance with ASME B31.3 and ISO 14692 standards. This role involves Finite Element Analysis (FEA), hand calculations, and compliance verification to ensure safe and efficient piping system designs.

Responsibilities:

• Perform stress analysis for FRP and metallic piping systems using Caesar II.
• Conduct flexibility and equipment analysis per ASME B31.3 and ISO 14692 standards.
• Use Finite Element Analysis (FEA) and hand calculations for verification.
• Evaluate compliance with engineering codes, regulations, and industry best practices.
• Identify and solve piping stress-related issues, optimizing system reliability.
• Work closely with design, mechanical, and project teams to ensure seamless integration.
• Prepare technical reports and documentation for project records.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Minimum 3+ years of experience in piping stress analysis.
• Strong knowledge of FRP and metallic piping systems.
• Proficiency in Caesar II for stress and flexibility analysis.
