Job Description:

The Sr. Contract Engineer will handle contract administration, review contractual terms, and ensure compliance with legal and project requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and review contracts, agreements, and tenders.
• Negotiate terms with clients and suppliers.
• Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory frameworks.
• Analyze project risks and implement mitigation strategies.
• Maintain contract documentation and records.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Contract Management.
• 10+ years of experience in contract administration.
• UPDA certification is mandatory.
• Gulf experience (5-20 years) is required.

Skills Required:

• Proficiency in Arabic & English.
• Strong contract negotiation and legal knowledge.
• Excellent documentation and analytical skills.
