Job Description:

A leading company in Qatar is looking for an HR & Admin Coordinator to oversee human resources operations and administrative tasks. The ideal candidate should have experience in HR policies, employee management, and office administration.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage HR operations, including recruitment, employee records, and payroll coordination
  • Assist in onboarding and offboarding processes
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws
  • Handle administrative tasks such as document management and office coordination
  • Prepare reports related to HR and administration
  • Support employees with HR-related queries and concerns

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
