Job Description:
A leading company in Qatar is looking for an HR & Admin Coordinator to oversee human resources operations and administrative tasks. The ideal candidate should have experience in HR policies, employee management, and office administration.
Responsibilities:
- Manage HR operations, including recruitment, employee records, and payroll coordination
- Assist in onboarding and offboarding processes
- Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws
- Handle administrative tasks such as document management and office coordination
- Prepare reports related to HR and administration
- Support employees with HR-related queries and concerns
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 4 – 5 years of experience in HR operations and administration
- Strong knowledge of Qatar labor laws and HR best practices
- Proficiency in English (spoken and written)
