Job Description:

We are hiring an Estimator (Interior & MEP) with a minimum of 3 years of experience to assess project costs and prepare accurate quotations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze project specifications and drawings to estimate costs.
• Prepare BOQs (Bill of Quantities) and cost breakdowns.
• Source and negotiate with suppliers and subcontractors.
• Assist in preparing tender documents and bids.
• Work closely with project managers and engineers.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree (BE/BTech) in Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in cost estimation for Interior & MEP projects.
• Knowledge of AutoCAD and estimation software.

Skills Required:

• Strong analytical and numerical skills.
• Excellent knowledge of materials and market prices.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in cost estimation.
