Job Description:

We are looking for a Business Development Manager with 5+ years of experience, preferably in contracting firms, to drive business growth and expand market presence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement business strategies to generate leads and opportunities.
• Identify and establish relationships with potential clients and partners.
• Prepare and present proposals and contracts.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis.
• Manage and oversee sales and marketing efforts.
• Negotiate contracts and close deals.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in business development (preferably in contracting firms).
• Strong network in the construction and contracting industry.
