Job Description:

The Piping Welder will be responsible for executing high-quality welding operations in Oil & Gas pipeline projects, ensuring adherence to industry safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform welding tasks in 6G position for pipelines and structural components.
• Inspect welding equipment and materials before use.
• Ensure all welding work meets project specifications and safety guidelines.
• Work closely with engineers and quality inspectors to maintain welding standards.
• Conduct repairs and modifications on existing piping systems as required.
• Maintain records of welding activities, including quality control documentation.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Certified in 6G welding position.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Oil & Gas pipeline welding.
• Familiarity with different welding techniques (TIG, MIG, Stick Welding).
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and welding diagrams.
• Knowledge of industry safety regulations and welding standards.

Skills Required:

• High precision and attention to detail.
• Strong problem-solving skills to identify welding defects and make necessary corrections.
• Ability to work in extreme environmental conditions (heat, confined spaces).
• Good physical endurance and hand-eye coordination.
