Job Description:

The Scaffolder will be responsible for assembling, dismantling, and maintaining scaffolding structures in Oil & Gas project sites while ensuring compliance with safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Erect and dismantle scaffolding as per project requirements.
• Conduct site inspections to ensure scaffold stability and safety.
• Follow all safety procedures and regulations during scaffolding activities.
• Work with supervisors and safety officers to ensure proper setup and positioning.
• Inspect scaffolding components before and after use to prevent hazards.
• Maintain scaffolding equipment in good condition.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Must have a valid TPI (Third Party Inspection) certificate.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Scaffolder in Oil & Gas projects.
• Strong knowledge of scaffold erection, safety measures, and materials.
• Familiarity with QatarEnergy safety regulations.

Skills Required:

• Attention to detail and ability to work at heights.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Physical stamina to handle heavy materials and work in challenging conditions.
