Job Description:

The QatarEnergy-approved Rigger will be responsible for lifting, moving, and positioning heavy equipment and materials at Oil & Gas project sites. They will work closely with crane operators, rigging supervisors, and site engineers to ensure safe and efficient operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform rigging and lifting operations as per QatarEnergy standards.
• Inspect rigging equipment before and after use to ensure safety compliance.
• Follow all health and safety guidelines, including permit-to-work systems.
• Coordinate with crane operators and signalers to execute lifting plans safely.
• Identify potential risks and take preventive actions during rigging activities.
• Maintain detailed records of rigging activities and equipment usage.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Must be QatarEnergy approved.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Rigger in Oil & Gas projects.
• Strong knowledge of rigging equipment, tools, and techniques.
• TPI (Third Party Inspection) Certificate is mandatory.
• Ability to read and interpret lifting plans and safety procedures.

• Strong understanding of safety protocols in rigging operations.
• Ability to work in high-risk environments with precision.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Physically fit to handle heavy equipment and work in challenging conditions.
