Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Facility Management Administrator to oversee the administrative operations of our facility management division. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating maintenance activities, managing service requests, and ensuring smooth daily operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle administrative tasks related to facility management operations.
  • Coordinate maintenance schedules and service requests.
  • Maintain records of facility management activities, contracts, and budgets.
  • Liaise with vendors, contractors, and service providers.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and safety regulations.
  • Monitor the performance of facility services and suggest improvements.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Facility Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in facility management administration.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
