Job Description:

We are looking for a Junior MEP Estimation Engineer – Electrical with experience in tendering and estimating high-rise building projects. The ideal candidate will support the estimation team by analyzing project requirements, preparing cost estimates, and ensuring competitive and accurate bidding.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare detailed cost estimates for electrical systems in high-rise buildings.
• Analyze tender documents, specifications, and drawings.
• Work closely with the procurement and engineering teams to obtain accurate pricing.
• Assist in preparing BOQs, cost breakdowns, and proposals.
• Identify potential risks and provide cost-saving suggestions.
• Collaborate with suppliers and subcontractors for quotations.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
• 2-3 years of experience in MEP estimation and tendering for high-rise buildings.
• Strong understanding of electrical systems and material specifications.
• Proficiency in estimation software and MS Office (Excel, Word).
• Good analytical and negotiation skills.
