Job Description:

We are hiring a Junior MEP Estimation Engineer – Mechanical who will be responsible for estimating costs related to mechanical systems in high-rise buildings. The candidate will analyze tenders, prepare BOQs, and ensure competitive pricing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Estimate costs for HVAC, plumbing, and fire-fighting systems.
• Review and analyze project specifications, drawings, and tender documents.
• Collaborate with procurement teams and vendors to get cost estimates.
• Prepare BOQs and cost analysis reports.
• Identify potential cost savings and risk factors.
• Ensure compliance with project and industry standards.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• 2-3 years of experience in MEP estimation and tendering for high-rise buildings.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and fire-fighting systems.
• Proficiency in estimation software and MS Office (Excel, Word).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
