Job Description:

A reputed Shopping Centre in Qatar is seeking an experienced Saleslady specializing in watches and crystals. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting customers, providing product recommendations, and ensuring excellent customer service.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers in selecting watches and crystal products.
• Provide detailed product information and answer customer queries.
• Maintain store displays and ensure merchandise is presented attractively.
• Process sales transactions and handle cash/card payments.
• Keep up-to-date with the latest trends in watches and crystal products.
• Maintain strong customer relationships and provide after-sales service.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in retail sales, preferably in watches & crystals.
• Strong knowledge of luxury and fashion watch brands.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to meet sales targets and work in a fast-paced environment.
