Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Restaurant Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of our authentic Qatari dining restaurant. The candidate must have a strong background in restaurant management, ensuring efficiency, quality service, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all aspects of restaurant operations, including staffing, budgeting, and service quality.
• Develop and implement operational strategies to enhance customer experience.
• Maintain high standards of food quality, safety, and hygiene.
• Manage supplier relationships and inventory control.
• Monitor and improve operational efficiency and profitability.
• Lead and train the restaurant team to achieve business goals.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Experience: Minimum 5 years in restaurant management.
• Education: Degree in Hospitality Management or a related field.
• Skills:
