We are urgently seeking a skilled and customer-focused individual to join our Freight Forwarding Customer Service team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that our clients receive exceptional service and support throughout the freight forwarding process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, handling inquiries and resolving issues related to freight forwarding services.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure timely and accurate shipment deliveries.
- Provide customers with updates on shipment status and address any concerns they may have.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Work to improve customer satisfaction by delivering outstanding service and support.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the freight forwarding or logistics industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
