Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Rigger Supervisor (Offshore) with a minimum of 8 years of experience in offshore rigging operations. The candidate will be responsible for overseeing lifting and rigging activities to ensure safety and efficiency.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate all offshore rigging and lifting operations.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
• Conduct risk assessments and safety checks before lifting activities.
• Train and guide riggers on best practices.
• Maintain records of lifting equipment inspections and certifications.
• Coordinate with engineers and site managers for project execution.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Minimum 8 years of experience as a Rigger Supervisor in offshore projects.
• Certified Lifting & Rigging Supervisor (Offshore).
• Strong knowledge of lifting techniques, safety standards, and equipment handling.
• Familiarity with offshore environment, crane operations, and load calculations.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
