Job Description:

We are hiring skilled HVAC Technicians to install, maintain, and repair heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience working in facilities management environments and be capable of troubleshooting HVAC issues efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems, including air conditioners, chillers, and ventilation units.
• Diagnose electrical and mechanical faults in HVAC systems.
• Perform routine maintenance and inspections to ensure optimal system performance.
• Repair and replace defective components in HVAC units.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards.
• Work with a team to complete HVAC projects within deadlines.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in HVAC maintenance and installation.
• Diploma/Certification in HVAC or a related technical field.
• Strong knowledge of refrigeration cycles and HVAC troubleshooting techniques.
• Experience in facilities management is preferred.
• Immediate availability and transferable NOC are mandatory.

Skills Required:

• Expertise in diagnosing and repairing HVAC systems.
• Strong understanding of electrical and mechanical components.
• Ability to read and interpret technical diagrams and manuals.
• Excellent problem-solving skills.
