Job Description:

The Admin & Logistics Coordinator will be responsible for handling administrative tasks, coordinating logistics operations, and ensuring smooth supply chain management within the organization. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in administration and logistics, preferably in the switchgear industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily administrative activities and provide support to different departments.
• Oversee logistics operations, including procurement, shipment tracking, and inventory management.
• Coordinate with suppliers, transport companies, and internal teams to ensure timely delivery of materials.
• Maintain records, process invoices, and handle documentation related to logistics and supply chain.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and Qatari regulations.
• Assist in preparing reports related to inventory, shipments, and logistics performance.
• Handle correspondence, scheduling, and office coordination tasks efficiently.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Experience: 3-5 years of experience in a similar role (Switchgear industry preferred).
• Skills:
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Familiarity with logistics software and ERP systems is a plus.
• Additional Requirements:
  • Must have a transferable RP with NOC.
  • Locally available candidates in Qatar preferred.
