Job Overview:

A leading business group in Qatar is urgently seeking a Head – Fit Out Division to oversee and manage all aspects of the flooring and interior fit-out business, including sales, operations, project management, and customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

✔ Develop and execute growth strategies for the interior fit-out business and increase the flooring division’s market share.
✔ Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base.
✔ Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients, contractors, and suppliers.
✔ Oversee bidding, contract negotiations, and client proposals.
✔ Set sales targets and ensure revenue goals are met.
✔ Manage project execution from planning to completion, ensuring timely delivery.
✔ Oversee material procurement, inventory control, and logistics while implementing cost-control measures to maximize profitability.
✔ Work closely with the sales team to develop pricing strategies and competitive proposals.
✔ Ensure that all installations meet company quality standards and exceed customer expectations.
✔ Develop and maintain a strong supply chain for interior fit-out projects.

Qualifications & Skills:

🎓 Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Management, Construction, or a related field (preferred).
📌 15+ years of experience in flooring, construction, or a related industry.
📌 Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
📌 Proven experience in sales, operations, and team management.
📌 Ability to analyze financial reports and drive profitability.
