Job Description:

A leading company in Qatar is urgently seeking a Rigging Supervisor to oversee and coordinate rigging operations in industrial and construction projects. The ideal candidate should have experience managing lifting operations, ensuring safety compliance, and supervising rigging crews.

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Supervise rigging and lifting operations on-site.
✅ Ensure compliance with safety regulations and procedures.
✅ Inspect rigging equipment and ensure proper maintenance.
✅ Coordinate with engineers and crane operators for load management.
✅ Train and guide riggers on proper lifting techniques.
✅ Maintain records and documentation of rigging activities.

Qualifications & Requirements:

✔️ Minimum 5 years of experience as a Rigging Supervisor.
✔️ Certification in rigging and lifting operations is required.
✔️ Strong knowledge of safety protocols and load calculations.
✔️ Ability to manage teams and work in high-risk environments.
✔️ Experience in oil & gas, construction, or industrial projects preferred.
