- Schedule and organize corporate and casual meetings.
- Draft daily activity reports and other important documents for GM approval.
- Receive and transfer important messages from clients and stakeholders.
- Assist senior management by presenting critical documents and status reports.
- Maintain filing systems (both digital and hard copies).
- Ensure confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Answer phone calls, handle inquiries, and provide necessary information.
- Relay messages to appropriate staff members in a timely manner.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Proven experience as a Secretary or in a similar administrative role.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Professional demeanor and attention to detail.
