  • Schedule and organize corporate and casual meetings.
  • Draft daily activity reports and other important documents for GM approval.
  • Receive and transfer important messages from clients and stakeholders.
  • Assist senior management by presenting critical documents and status reports.
  • Maintain filing systems (both digital and hard copies).
  • Ensure confidentiality of sensitive information.
  • Answer phone calls, handle inquiries, and provide necessary information.
  • Relay messages to appropriate staff members in a timely manner.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Proven experience as a Secretary or in a similar administrative role.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).
