Job Description:

The Chilled Water/Fire Fighting Piping Supervisor will oversee the installation, testing, and commissioning of chilled water and fire piping systems. The role requires expertise in high-rise buildings, underground piping networks, chiller plant rooms, and HVAC equipment installation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise the installation of chilled water and fire piping systems, both above and underground.
• Oversee HVAC equipment and fire pump room installations.
• Ensure proper water balancing, testing, and commissioning of systems.
• Read and interpret shop drawings accurately.
• Conduct material take-offs and coordinate procurement needs.
• Manage manpower, ensuring timely project completion.
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Diploma or ITI certification in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in chilled water and fire piping installations.
• Experience in high-rise buildings and chiller plant rooms is mandatory.

Skills Required:

• Strong knowledge of HVAC and fire protection systems.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
• Proficiency in material take-offs and manpower planning.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
