🔹 Job Description:

We are hiring Duct Men to install, repair, and maintain HVAC duct systems in commercial and residential buildings. The candidate must be experienced in sheet metal ductwork, insulation, and ventilation systems.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Install and assemble HVAC duct systems as per design specifications.
• Repair and replace damaged ductwork.
• Perform airflow testing and system inspections.
• Work with sheet metal, fiberglass, and insulation materials.
• Ensure compliance with HVAC safety and quality standards.
• Collaborate with HVAC technicians and engineers for system optimization.

🔹 Requirements:

✅ Experience: Minimum 2-3 years in HVAC duct installation and maintenance.
✅ Technical Skills: Expertise in duct fabrication, assembly, and insulation.
✅ Knowledge: Familiarity with airflow dynamics and HVAC systems.
✅ Physical Requirements: Ability to work in confined spaces and high ceilings.
