Job Description:

We are urgently hiring a Service Advisor with experience in handling heavy vehicle services. The ideal candidate will provide excellent customer service and technical advice to clients while coordinating vehicle servicing.

Responsibilities:

• Provide advice and guidance to customers regarding service needs and vehicle maintenance.
• Coordinate with the workshop team to ensure timely servicing and repairs.
• Maintain customer records and manage service schedules.
• Diagnose customer issues and suggest appropriate solutions.
• Handle customer inquiries and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Process service orders, estimates, and job cards.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Minimum 2-3 years of local experience in a similar role (heavy vehicles).
• Strong communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple service requests.
• Strong problem-solving skills and technical knowledge of heavy vehicles.
• Good organizational and customer service skills.
