Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to drive growth and expand our client base in the Oil & Gas sector.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities within the Oil & Gas industry.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Prepare and present business proposals and contracts.
• Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum 3-4 years of experience in business development, preferably in manpower outsourcing.
• Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
• First preference for female candidates.
