Job Description:

Sta. Clara Int’l Co. W.L.L. is looking for an experienced AutoCAD Operator / Quantity Surveyor (QS) to assist in drafting technical drawings and cost estimation for construction projects.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare technical drawings and layouts using AutoCAD software.
• Assist in preparing BOQ (Bill of Quantities) and cost estimates.
• Interpret and review engineering designs, specifications, and plans.
• Coordinate with project teams and site engineers to ensure accurate designs.
• Conduct site visits to gather necessary data for drawings and cost estimation.

Requirements:

• Education: Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture.
• Experience: Minimum 3-5 years in AutoCAD drafting and quantity surveying.
• Skills:
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and MS Office.
  • Strong knowledge of construction materials, cost estimation, and BOQs.
• Availability: Must have a valid QID and transferable visa.
