Job Description:
A reputed construction company in Qatar is looking for a Tendering & Estimation Engineer with expertise in quantity surveying, estimation, and tendering processes for civil projects. The selected candidate will be responsible for preparing cost estimates, analyzing project specifications, and ensuring competitive bidding for civil engineering projects.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare accurate cost estimates for civil projects.
- Analyze project specifications, drawings, and contract documents for tender preparation.
- Conduct quantity take-offs and cost breakdowns for material, labor, and equipment.
- Collaborate with project managers and procurement teams to ensure competitive pricing.
- Evaluate and negotiate supplier and subcontractor quotes.
- Prepare and submit tender documents within deadlines.
- Ensure compliance with Qatar construction regulations and industry standards.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.
- Experience: 4-5 years of relevant experience in Qatar.
- Expertise: Strong knowledge of quantity surveying, estimation, and tendering processes.
- Documents: Must have a valid QID and a transferable NOC.
- Availability: Must be available to join immediately.
