Job Description
Business Development Manager Required in Qatar
We require a locally available Business Development Manager with transferrable visa/NOC
Qualifications:
- Master’s/Bachelor’s in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
- 5+ years of experience in Qatar business development or sales management in safety training Center.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Qatar Driving License required; ability to travel for marketing/meetings and events.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation & Sales: Drive new business across multiple industries for the Safety Training Center.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Market Research & Proposals: Conduct market research, develop proposals, and present solutions.
- Contract Negotiation & Closing Deals: Negotiate contracts and close deals.
- Collaboration & Reporting: Collaborate with teams and track performance.
- Brand Building: Promote brand awareness within target industries.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience managing key accounts and client relationships.
- Familiarity with safety certifications (OPITO, IOSH, OSHA, NEBOSH, etc.).
- Strong network in safety, health, and environmental industries.
- Ability to present to senior stakeholders.
