Job Description:
The Customer Service Officer will be responsible for handling client inquiries, providing information about services, and resolving customer issues efficiently. The role requires excellent communication skills and a strong understanding of logistics and freight forwarding.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate information.
- Resolve complaints and issues related to logistics and freight forwarding.
- Coordinate with internal departments to address customer concerns.
- Maintain customer records and follow up on inquiries.
- Assist in preparing reports related to customer service performance.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
- 2-5 years of experience in customer service, preferably in logistics or freight forwarding.
- Knowledge of shipping documentation and freight procedures.
Skills Required:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle multiple customer requests efficiently.
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office.
- Problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
