Job Description:

The Customer Service Officer will be responsible for handling client inquiries, providing information about services, and resolving customer issues efficiently. The role requires excellent communication skills and a strong understanding of logistics and freight forwarding.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate information.
  • Resolve complaints and issues related to logistics and freight forwarding.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to address customer concerns.
  • Maintain customer records and follow up on inquiries.
  • Assist in preparing reports related to customer service performance.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
  • 2-5 years of experience in customer service, preferably in logistics or freight forwarding.
  • Knowledge of shipping documentation and freight procedures.

Skills Required:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple customer requests efficiently.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office.
