Job Description:
The Head Cook will be responsible for leading the central kitchen operations specializing in Oriental food preparation. The role involves managing large-scale food production, ensuring quality control, and overseeing kitchen staff efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage kitchen staff to ensure efficient workflow.
- Oversee large-scale food production while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Ensure adherence to hygiene and food safety regulations.
- Implement quality control measures for food preparation.
- Train and mentor kitchen staff to enhance performance.
- Plan and execute menus based on Oriental cuisine.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Knowledge of hygiene and food safety standards.
