Job Description:

The HSE Manager will be responsible for ensuring health, safety, and environmental compliance across the organization. The role includes developing safety policies, conducting risk assessments, and ensuring adherence to HSE standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement HSE policies and procedures.
• Conduct risk assessments and hazard identification.
• Ensure compliance with local and international HSE regulations.
• Conduct safety training and awareness programs.
• Investigate incidents and implement corrective actions.
• Liaise with government authorities regarding safety standards.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field.
• Certified HSE-related qualifications.
• Fluent in English.

Skills Required:

• Strong knowledge of HSE regulations and industry best practices.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to conduct safety audits and investigations.
