Location: Doha , Qatar

Job Description:

We are looking for a HSE In-Charge to support and enforce health, safety, and environmental (HSE) policies within the organization. The role involves monitoring safety procedures, conducting inspections, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement HSE policies and procedures to ensure workplace safety.
• Conduct site safety inspections, audits, and risk assessments.
• Identify hazards, investigate incidents, and recommend corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with Qatar’s HSE regulations and international safety standards.
• Deliver HSE training sessions and safety briefings for employees.
• Prepare and maintain safety reports and documentation.
• Support emergency response planning and drills.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Experience: 8-10 years in HSE, preferably in electronics, telecommunications, or IT industries.
• Education: Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Occupational Health & Safety, or a related field.
• Certified in NEBOSH, IOSH, OSHA, or equivalent HSE certifications.
• Strong knowledge of HSE laws, risk assessment, and incident reporting.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
• Ability to work independently and enforce safety regulations effectively.
