Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced HSE Manager to develop, implement, and oversee health, safety, and environmental (HSE) policies and procedures. The candidate must ensure compliance with industry regulations and foster a strong safety culture within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement HSE policies, procedures, and standards.
• Monitor compliance with local and international safety regulations.
• Conduct risk assessments, hazard identification, and accident investigations.
• Oversee safety training programs and ensure employees adhere to safety guidelines.
• Coordinate with regulatory bodies, contractors, and stakeholders on safety-related matters.
• Lead HSE audits, inspections, and reporting.
• Promote a zero-incident safety culture and manage emergency response planning.
• Maintain and update HSE documentation and reports.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Experience: 8-10 years in HSE management, preferably in the electronics, telecommunications, or IT industry.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Occupational Health & Safety, or a related field.
• Certified in NEBOSH, IOSH, OSHA, or equivalent HSE certifications.
• Strong knowledge of HSE laws, regulations, and best practices.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects.
