HSE Officer – Oil & Gas Pipe Movement

• Job Description:
  A reputed company in Qatar is immediately hiring an experienced HSE Officer specialized in Oil & Gas Pipe Movement. The ideal candidate must have a strong background in health, safety, and environmental compliance within the oil and gas sector and hold a NEBOSH or IOSH certification.

• Responsibilities:

  • Implement and enforce HSE policies to ensure a safe working environment
  • Conduct risk assessments and develop safety plans for pipe movement operations
  • Monitor workplace compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations
  • Provide HSE training and awareness programs for staff
  • Investigate incidents and near misses, prepare reports, and recommend corrective actions
  • Ensure proper handling, transportation, and storage of oil and gas pipes
  • Liaise with regulatory authorities and ensure HSE legal compliance
  • Conduct regular site inspections and audits to identify potential hazards

• Qualifications:

  • 3 to 5 years of experience in HSE within Oil & Gas Pipe Movement
  • NEBOSH or IOSH certification (mandatory)
  • Strong understanding of oil and gas safety regulations
  • Experience in conducting risk assessments and audits
  • Familiarity with international HSE standards and industry best practices
