A leading contracting company in Qatar is looking for a Civil Technical Office Engineer with extensive experience in civil engineering and project management.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage technical office activities related to civil projects.
• Prepare and review engineering drawings, specifications, and calculations.
• Coordinate with site teams, consultants, and contractors.
• Ensure compliance with project timelines and quality standards.
• Manage material approvals, RFIs, and submittals.
• Provide technical support and problem-solving for project execution.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in the same field.
• Strong knowledge of construction standards and regulations.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Primavera, and other engineering software.
• Excellent project coordination and communication skills.
