Job Description:

Kickers is looking for a Sales Assistant to provide exceptional customer service, assist in sales, and contribute to the overall store success. The ideal candidate should have a passion for footwear and customer interaction.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers in selecting footwear.
• Provide product knowledge and styling suggestions.
• Maintain a clean and organized sales floor.
• Process sales transactions and handle cash/card payments.
• Ensure stock levels are maintained and replenished.
• Assist in visual merchandising and promotional activities.
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in retail sales (preferably in footwear).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for customer service and sales.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
• Knowledge of POS systems and inventory management is a plus.
