Job Description:

Abu Issa Marketing & Distribution, a premier distributor in Qatar within the portfolio of Abu Issa Holding, specializes in FMCG and wholesale distribution of premium brands. They are currently looking for Trainee Managers to join their team.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage daily business operations.
• Work closely with different departments to understand the business process.
• Assist in planning and executing marketing and sales strategies.
• Analyze financial data and market trends to improve business efficiency.
• Develop leadership skills to take on managerial roles in the future.
• Ensure smooth workflow and adherence to company policies.
• Report to senior managers and contribute to business growth.

Qualifications:

• MBA from a recognized university.
• 1 to 2 years of FMCG experience in Qatar.
• Valid transferable QID is mandatory.
• Qatar Driving License is preferred.
