Job Description:
The Fire & Life Safety Specialist will be responsible for ensuring compliance with fire safety standards and codes during the construction and operational phases of the project.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct fire safety risk assessments and inspections
• Develop and implement fire safety plans
• Coordinate fire drills and safety training for staff
• Ensure that all fire safety equipment is properly installed and maintained
• Liaise with local authorities to ensure compliance

Qualifications:

• Degree in Fire Engineering, Safety Management, or related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in fire and life safety
• Certification in Fire Safety (NEBOSH, OSHA, etc.)

Skills:

• Deep knowledge of fire safety codes and regulations
• Ability to manage fire safety systems and equipment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
