We are looking for a Telecaller to manage inbound and outbound calls, promote company services, and generate leads. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and the ability to persuade customers effectively.
Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential clients and follow up on leads.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide information about services.
- Maintain accurate records of conversations and client details.
- Meet daily and monthly call targets.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or Bachelor’s degree in any field.
- Previous experience in customer service or telemarketing is a plus.
Skills Required:
- Excellent communication and persuasion skills.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage.
