Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Secretary to join our team at our Industrial Area office. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing comprehensive secretarial support to the management team, ensuring efficient operations within the office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain executives’ schedules, including meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents.
- Organize and maintain files and records, both physical and electronic.
- Handle incoming and outgoing communication, including phone calls, emails, and faxes.
- Liaise with internal departments and external clients, vendors, and partners.
- Perform general office duties, such as ordering supplies, managing mail, and maintaining office equipment.
- Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations.
Qualifications:
- Experience: 3 to 5 years of experience in the secretarial field.
- Education: A college degree in a relevant field.
- Skills:
- Proficient in computer applications, including MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent command of English, both spoken and written.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently and work under pressure.
