Job Description:

The Female Admin will provide administrative support, assist in day-to-day office tasks, and ensure smooth operations of the office. The role involves managing communications, scheduling appointments, and assisting with various administrative functions.


Responsibilities:

  • Manage office communications, including emails and phone calls.
  • Schedule meetings and appointments for executives or teams.
  • Maintain office files, records, and documents in an organized manner.
  • Handle office supplies and inventory management.
  • Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other administrative tasks.
  • Ensure smooth office operations and act as a point of contact for internal and external inquiries.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in administrative roles in Qatar.
  • NOC: Required for candidates currently employed in Qatar.

Skills:

  • Proficiency in English, Hindi, and Malayalam (spoken).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications.
  • Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Salary Package:

  • Salary: QAR 3000 per month
