Job Description:
The Female Admin will provide administrative support, assist in day-to-day office tasks, and ensure smooth operations of the office. The role involves managing communications, scheduling appointments, and assisting with various administrative functions.
Responsibilities:
- Manage office communications, including emails and phone calls.
- Schedule meetings and appointments for executives or teams.
- Maintain office files, records, and documents in an organized manner.
- Handle office supplies and inventory management.
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other administrative tasks.
- Ensure smooth office operations and act as a point of contact for internal and external inquiries.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in administrative roles in Qatar.
- NOC: Required for candidates currently employed in Qatar.
Skills:
- Proficiency in English, Hindi, and Malayalam (spoken).
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in MS Office applications.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Salary Package:
- Salary: QAR 3000 per month
