A leading Indian restaurant in Qatar is looking for an experienced and dynamic Restaurant Manager to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth and efficient service.
- Manage staff, including scheduling, training, and performance evaluations.
- Ensure high standards of food quality, presentation, and customer service.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.
- Handle customer complaints and ensure overall guest satisfaction.
- Monitor inventory, ordering, and cost control to maximize profitability.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of GCC experience in a similar managerial role.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Local candidates with NOC are preferred.
