Job Description:

The BMS Operator will be responsible for the operation and monitoring of Building Management Systems (BMS) to ensure efficient and safe operation of HVAC, lighting, and other facility systems.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor and operate BMS equipment to control heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve BMS-related issues promptly.
• Ensure that all systems are functioning optimally and report any discrepancies.
• Perform system checks and ensure adherence to maintenance schedules.
• Prepare and submit reports on BMS performance and operational efficiency.
• Coordinate with technical teams for any required repairs or upgrades.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a BMS Operator.
• Education: Certification in Building Management Systems or related field.

Skills:

• Strong knowledge of BMS operations, including HVAC and lighting systems.
