Job Description:
The BMS Operator will monitor, operate, and maintain the Building Management System (BMS) to ensure the efficient functioning of building facilities.
Responsibilities:
- Operate and monitor the BMS system for alarms, faults, and performance.
- Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance.
- Analyze system data and provide recommendations for optimization.
- Collaborate with other technical teams for system repairs and upgrades.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a BMS Operator.
- Familiarity with HVAC systems and building automation.
- Valid Qatar ID with transferable sponsorship.
Skills:
- Proficient in BMS software and tools.
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical abilities.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
